The rising issue of climate change has turned into a global emergency that needs to be addressed within the next few years before its consequences become irreversible. The root cause of this global phenomenon is due to the rise of greenhouse gas emissions which are a result of overconsumption, resource wastage and fossil fuels. This is where Reforma’s role comes in play by starting an initiative of reengaging suburban communities with their natural surroundings and parking measures to fight against climate change. This will be achieved by integrating education in interactive based environments promoting the concept of Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and offering hands on experiences in order to nurture sustainable practices and foster passionate communities dedicated to sustainability to fight against this crisis.
The Reforma Lobby Space will be the first point of internal contact for visitors. Therefore it is important that it has a clear sense of Direction by having an “almost Neutral” colour palette with an accent colour to help guide them through the space. In this case Blue is chosen as the dominant colour that continues from the external shopping strip throughout the rest of the space.
Designing an escape room themed around waste management, where participants encounter common household items destined for landfills, aims to raise awareness about waste sorting and its environmental impact. Players will sort these items into the correct bins, uncover hidden compartments, and solve clues to progress.
Creating an immersive experience where people can choose up to 3 items from the second-hand fashion store in order to re-purpose and reuse.

Outcome: Fighting climate change by reducing fashion waste while learning or polishing a new skill that can potentially create livelihoods.
The Climate Exhibition Space is meant to serve as an educational zone informing people about the reality of Climate change, its causes, consequences and a potential positive or negative future if actions aren’t taken against it.
The Debate Rooms’ purpose is to bring people together after their journey through Reforma and find solutions to this global issue.
The Therapeutic waiting zone not only serves as a resting space but also the first point of entry to the Therapeutic building from both entrances.
It is meant to give a sense of solitude and calmness to visitors while they are waiting to attend to their activities.
The Quiet Space is a green luscious space with multiple native plants and semi-private zones with sheer curtains to give a sense of protectiveness and security.
It is meant to create a sense of solitude and calmness for visitors who would like to feel at ease and forget their worries or simply want to enjoy nature in a quiet zone.
